The article presents the analysis of the structure of gross domestic product (GDP) in the United States within the globalized world economy. We've identified certain patterns of its distribution. It appears, that the transfer of production lines from the U.S. to developing economies is not an example of deindustrialization, but a sign of transfer from industrial society to the post-industrial one. Also outlined are the main tendencies of Russia's interests in the fields of foreign policy and economy under the current conditions, as well as possible areas of development.
