Conceptual features of management models in the West and East

Abstract

The article is dedicated to unique and universal features of Eastern and Western models of management. In the light of globalization the key issues, phenomenon of national model of governance, the characteristic features of the civilizations of the East and West are revealed, as well as comparative analysis of Eastern and Western management instruments are done. © IDOSI Publications, 2013.
