The research aimed at determining the place of tutoring in new ideology of teacher training. Thus the object of the research was experience of carrying out tutoring in Russia and abroad. The experiment was conducted in Kazan University. In the role of mentors were the teachers themselves. Separately participants discussed the questions of support of the educational activities. Were studied the issues of support of creative activity. The study established regularities of tutoring students' creative activity. These patterns can be taken into account when building a new ideology for teacher training.
