dc.description.abstract A method for voltammetric determination of sugar in wines and wine materials is described using a metallic copper electrode in a 0.5 M NaOH solution. The method is time-saving and shows a sufficiently high reproducibility (sr ≤ 0.04). © 1999 Kluwer Academic/Plenum Publishers.
