The use of high-pressure liquid chromatography in the analysis of the structural components of nucleic acids

Abstract

A systematic account is given of experimental data on the electrochemical coordination reactions of compounds of metals with organic ligands in non-aqueous media. Attention is concentrated on the results of polarographic studies on the so-called inert chelate complexes. The influence of the nature of the metal and the ligand on the mechanism of the electrode reaction is discussed.
