Abstract
Being the most active part of society, young people
worldwide face a variety of life situations and a need to
solve them. It requires to make and execute decisions.
The ability to avoid aggressive actions, to build good
interpersonal relationships in the family, at school and at
work based on friendship and tolerance is an important
indicator of human intelligence level. Aggressive behavior
of a young man effects negatively the processes of his
socialization. Current study presents the outcomes of the
work of development the non-violence pedagogy and
argues the need to develop these principles in the future
pedagogical work.
