Importance of the Operational and Search Activity in Investigation of Terrorism-Related Crimes

Abstract

This article discusses some of the issues of operational-investigative activity in the use of the results of this activity in the process of proof in criminal cases on the basis of the analysis of the current Russian legislation and judicial and legal acts, as well as research and field approaches. The authors noted the crime situation in Russia on the detection of crimes of terrorist nature, the value of operational-investigative activity in the investigation of crimes specified category. Attention is drawn to the improvement of the criminal-procedural legislation for the use in the process of proof of the results of operational-investigative activity, as well as the need to consolidate the list of procedural investigative actions.
