Metamorphoses of Value Consciousness in Modern Society

Abstract

The aim of this work is a philosophical analysis of the shifts in the functioning of values in contemporary society-in a situation of the collapse of values, the erasure of the boundary between the transcendent and the immanent. The gap between the existential and the social in modern society leads to the destruction of the values functioning and transmittance mechanism. The differences between the objective and the value causality were revealed, which contributed to the distinguishing between the praxeological and the axiological aspects of human life.
