Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу особенностей перевода игры слов в рамках литературы для детей на примере серии детских книг "Лемони Сникет: 33 несчастья" американского писателя Дэниела Хэндлера. Актуальность статьи обусловлена незначительной степенью изученности особенностей перевода такого явления как игра слов в детской литературе. В статье описываются стратегии перевода игры слов и анализируются тенденции выбора оптимальных стратегий для перевода детской литературы.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the translation of wordplay special features in the context of literature for children and based on the material of the series of children's books "Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events" by American writer Daniel Handler. The relevance of the topic is determined by the insufficient knowledge of the translation features of the wordplay in children's literature. The article describes the strategies for translating wordplay and analyzes the trends in choosing the optimal strategies in the process of translating children's literature.
