Роль культурно-досуговой деятельности в воспитании, образовании и развитии личности

Abstract

В статье автором поднимается вопрос связи культурно-досуговой деятельности с воспитанием. Автор в тексте утверждает, что главнейшая функция культурнодосуговой деятельности - воспитательная. Ссылаясь на работы учёных А.Д. Жаркова и Е.В. Литовкина, автор приходит к выводу, что специалисты социально-культурной сферы являются важным звеном в воспитании и образовании личности в современных условиях, соответственно, автор обращает внимание на то, что специалисты социально- культурной сферы, для того чтобы качественно выполнять воспитательную функцию, обязаны быть грамотными и всесторонне развитыми личностями. В пример автор приводит работников ФГБУК ЦДРА Минобороны России, которые на примере одной программы демонстрируют свои умения по гармоничному развитию личности с помощью культурно-досуговой программы.

In the article, the author raises the question of the connection of cultural and leisure activities with education. The author claims in the text that the main function of cultural and leisure activities is educational, referring to the works of scientists A.D. Zharkov and E.V. Litovkin. The author concludes that specialists in the socio-cultural sphere are an important link in the upbringing and education of a person, in modern conditions, accordingly, the author draws attention to the fact that specialists in the socio-cultural sphere, in order to perform an educational function qualitatively, must be literate and comprehensively developed individuals. As an example, the author cites employees of the Federal State Budgetary Institution of Culture of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, who, using the example of one program, demonstrate their skills in harmonious personal development through a cultural and leisure program.
