САМОМЕНЕДЖМЕНТ КАК КЛЮЧЕВОЙ НАВЫК СОВРЕМЕННОГО СТУДЕНТА: ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ ПОТРЕБНОСТЕЙ

Abstract

Современный динамично трансформирующийся мир определяет потребность в развитии способности личности к самоуправлению для успешной профессиональной самореализации. В статье выявляются потребности студентов в навыках самоменеджмента. Представлены результаты опроса, проведенного среди студентов 4 курса бакалавриата Института психологии и образования и Института геологии и нефтегазовых технологий Казанского федерального университета. Выделены актуальные для обучающихся ключевые аспекты самоменеджмента в вузе, среди которых умение эффективно планировать время и самоконтроль. Обосновано, что полученные данные могут быть положены в основу разработки педагогического эксперимента по развитию компетенций самоменеджмента у студентов.

The modern dynamically transforming world determines the need to develop the ability of personality to self-management for successful professional self-realization. The article identifies the needs of students in self-management skills. The results of the survey conducted among 4th year undergraduate students of the Institute of Psychology and Education and Institute of Geology and Oil and Gas Technologies of Kazan Federal University are presented. The key aspects of self-management in higher education, among which the ability to effectively plan time and self-control, are highlighted. It is substantiated that the obtained data can be used as a basis for the development of a pedagogical experiment on the development of self-management competencies in students.
