ПОДГОТОВКА ЛИДЕРА ПРОФСОЮЗНОГО АКТИВА ЧЕРЕЗ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЕ КОРПОРАТИВНОЕ ОБУЧЕНИЕ

Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема развития лидерских качеств профсоюзного руководителя и актива способного возглавить современные профсоюзные организации и повысить их роль в решении социально-трудовых задач. На основании эмпирического исследования был определен социальный портрет современного профсоюзного лидера, его личностных и деловых качеств. В статье представлены результаты изучения лидерского потенциала, проведенные с целью определения содержания обучающей программы, инновационных методов и технологий для развития профессиональной компетентности через корпоративное обучение.

The article deals with the problem of developing leadership qualities of trade union leader and activist capable of leading modern trade union organisations and increasing their role in solving social and labour problems. On the basis of empirical research, the social portrait of a modern trade union leader, his personal and business qualities were determined. The article presents the results of the study of leadership potential, conducted to determine the content of the training programme, innovative methods and technologies for the development of professional competence through corporate training.
