Abstract

В статье обсуждается влияние медитативных практик на мозг человека и на изменение эмоционального отношения к себе и к окружающему миру. Разные виды медитаций приводят к разным уникальным результатам, но практически каждый вид медитации связан с тренировкой внимания. Нейронные пути в мозге, которые трансформирует медитация, приводят к положительным изменениям ума и тела, доступным каждому человеку.

The article discusses the influence of meditative practices on the human brain and on changing the emotional attitude towards oneself and the world around us. Different types of meditation lead to different unique results, but almost every type of meditation is associated with attention training. The neural pathways in the brain that meditation transforms lead to positive changes in the mind and body that are accessible to everyone.
