ВЗАИМОСВЯЗЬ УРОВНЯ САМООЦЕНКИ И СОСТОЯНИЯ ТРЕВОЖНОСТИ У СОТРУДНИКОВ В ПЕРИОД ИСПЫТАТЕЛЬНОГО СРОКА

Abstract

В статье представлены материалы теоретических и эмпирических исследований отечественных и зарубежных психологов, посвященных проблемам самооценки и состояний тревожности человека. Изучение особенностей связи самооценки с другими свойствами личности, в том числе с состоянием тревожности человека в профессиональной сфере, представляется актуальным по причине недостаточной изученности в данном контексте и особой важности для профессионального развития человека в целом. В статье анализируются результаты исследования, проведенного с целью выявления данной связи в период испытательного срока сотрудника. Выявлено, что существует обратно пропорциональная взаимосвязь между состояниями личностной и ситуативной тревожности и уровнем само-оценки у сотрудников в данный период трудовой деятельности.

The article presents materials of theoretical and empirical studies of domestic and foreign psychologists devoted to the problems of self-esteem and anxiety states of a person. The study of the peculiarities of the relationship between self-esteem and other personality properties, including the state of human anxiety in the professional sphere, seems to be relevant because of insufficient study in this context and its special importance for the professional development of a person as a whole. The article analyzes the results of the research conducted to identify this relationship during the probation-ary period of an employee. It is revealed that there is an inversely proportional relationship between the states of personal and situational anxiety and the level of self-esteem in employees during this period of labor activity.
