ПОСТ-ИСТОРИЯ И НОВЫЕ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ БЕГА ПО КРУГУ

Abstract

"Пост" - это бег по кругу, дурная бесконечность, новая архаика, возврат к примитивизму, да еще и в превратной форме. Это показано на примере такого явления как "повсеместные вычисления" (ubiquitous computing) и его частного случая - китайской "системы социального кредита" (social credit system). Юбикомп - это историзация настоящего времени во все более компьютеризированном мире, где считываются уже не столетия, десятилетия или даже годы, а часы, минуты, секунды и даже доли секунд прошлого, вследствие чего мы уже не можем отличить его от настоящего. Это новое "историческое априорное"! Пост-история, одним словом! Юбикомп, система социального кредита, а также вся технология искусственного интеллекта (AI) - это, в первую очередь, технология, увековечения настоящего.

The "post" is a running in a circle, a bad infinity, a new archaic, a return to primitivism, and even in a perverse form. This is shown by the example of such a phenomenon as ubiquitous computing (ubicomp) and its special case, the Chinese social credit system. Ubicomp is the historicization of the present time in an increasingly computerized world, where it is no longer centuries, decades or even years that are being read, but hours, minutes, seconds and even fractions of seconds of the past, as a result of which we can no longer distinguish it from the present. This is a new "historical a priori"! Post-history, in a word! Ubicomp, the social credit system, as well as the entire artificial intelligence (AI) technology is, first of all, the technology of perpetuating the present.
