Abstract

В работе дан анализ места и роли института образования в россий- ском обществе. Посредством исторического экскурса показано, что

власть является сакральной основой социума, которая определяет все стороны его жизни, в том числе и деятельность института образования.

На основании этого выделены два основополагающих подхода власт- ных элит к институту образования в России, где власть одновременно

выступает драйвером и тормозом его развития. На основании сказан- ного делается ряд выводов о подвижном характере места и роли инсти- тута образования в стране. В качестве особенностей данного института

подчеркивается слабая связь образования с запросом общества, избы- точность образования по отношению к потребностям жизни в государ- стве. В заключении работы указывается, что подобное отношение к об- разованию будет свойственно и европейским странам в условиях пере- хода к новому социально-экономическому порядку цифрового обще- ства ближайшего будущего, основанного на сильном властном начале.

The paper analyzes the place and role of the institution of education in Russian society. Through a historical excursion, it is shown that power is the sacred basis of society, which determines all aspects of its life, including the activities of the institution of education. Based on this, two fundamental approaches of the power elites to the institution of education in Russia are singled out, where the government simultaneously acts as a driver and a brake on its development. Based on the foregoing, a number of conclusions are made about the mobile nature of the place and the role of the institution of education in the country. As features of this institution, the weak connection of education with the demand of society for its activities, the redundancy of education in relation to the needs of life in the state are emphasized. At the end of the paper, it is indicated that a similar attitude to education will also be characteristic of European countries in the context of the transition to a new socio-economic order of the digital society of the near future, based on a strong power source.
