СТРЕССОУСТОЙЧИВОСТЬ СТУДЕНТОВ, СКЛОННЫХ К ПЕРФЕКЦИОНИЗМУ

Abstract

Студенчество - сама яркая и активная пора в жизни каждого молодого человека. Насыщенная событиями и впечатлениями, она неразрывно связана с сопутствующими стрессами. Длительное переживание стресса влечет за собой уменьшение внутренних ресурсов организма. Именно поэтому наличие такого качества как стрессоустойчивость чрезвычайно важно для дальнейшего гармоничного развития личности. В связи с этим остро стоит проблема выявления факторов как повышающих стрессоустойчивость, так и снижающих ее. Как показывает анализ исследований, посвященных решению данной проблемы, одним из неблагоприятных факторов является такое личностное качество как перфекционизм. Склонность к упорядочиванию всего и всех, слишком высокие стандарты, требования к себе и другим с одной стороны способствуют продуктивной деятельности личности, нацеливают её на качественный результат, с другой - завышенные стандарты, чаще всего, не соответствуют индивидуальным возможностям и, как следствие, человек терпит неудачу. У одних опыт неудачи важнее опыта успеха, неудачи их закаляют. У других, формируется страх неудачи, который проявляется как состояние тревожности и отражается не только на деятельности, но и в межличностной коммуникации. В связи с этим, цель данного исследования заключалась в изучении факторов, препятствующих или способствующих стрессоустойчивости студентов, склонных к перфекционизму.

Studentship is the brightest and most active time in the life of every young person. Full of events and impressions, it is inextricably linked with the accompanying stresses. Prolonged stress leads to a decrease in the internal resources of the body. That is why the presence of such a quality as stress resistance is extremely important for the further harmonious development of the personality. In this regard, there is an acute problem of identifying factors that both increase stress resistance and reduce it. As the analysis of studies devoted to solving this problem shows, one of the unfavorable factors is such a personal quality as perfectionism. The tendency to organize everything and everyone, too high standards, requirements for oneself and others, on the one hand, contribute to the productive activity of the individual, aim it at a qualitative result, on the other - inflated standards, most often, do not correspond to individual capabilities and, as a result, a person fails. For some, the experience of failure is more important than the experience of success, failures harden them. In others, the fear of failure is formed, which manifests itself as a state of anxiety and is reflected not only in activity, but also in interpersonal communication. In this regard, the purpose of this study was to study the factors that hinder or contribute to the stress resistance of students prone to perfectionism.
