dc.description.abstract	В статье изучается международный принцип non-refoulement в качестве одного из элементов системы международного права в области прав человека. Анализируется его правовое регулирование в региональных актах и актах ООН по защите прав человека. Исследуется jus cogens характер принципа невысылки через призму научных трудов и нормативных документов. Автор делает выводы о действии и юридической силе принципа non-refoulement как института международного права прав человека.	ru_RU
dc.description.abstract	The article deals with the international principle of non-refoulement as part of the system of international human rights law. Its legal regulation under the regional and United Nations human rights instruments is analyzed. The nature of the non-refoulement principle is explored by jus cogens through the scientific articles and legal acts. The author draws conclusion about the legal effect and force of the principle of non-refoulement as an institution of international human rights law.	en_US
