ЗАЩИТА КУЛЬТУРНЫХ ЦЕННОСТЕЙ ВО ВРЕМЯ НЕМЕЖДУНАРОДНОГО ВООРУЖЕННОГО КОНФЛИКТА

Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается роль международных конвенций в защите культурных ценностей во время немеждународного конфликта. В свете последних событий, происходящих на территории США и некоторых стран Европы, остро встает вопрос о защите культурных ценностей от насильственных действий вооруженных формирований протестующих. Сегодня ущерб, наносимый культурным ценностям человечества, вызывает обеспокоенность не только у России, но и у всего мирового сообщества. Авторами были рассмотрены подходы к урегулированию данных отношений.

This article examines the role of international conventions in the protection of cultural property during a non-international conflict. In the light of the recent events taking place in the United States and some European countries, the issue of protecting cultural property from violent actions by the armed formations of protesters arises. Today, damage to the cultural values of mankind is of concern not only to Russia, but also to the entire world community. The authors considered approaches to the settlement of these relations.
