dc.description.abstract	в статье анализируется правовое регулирование цифровых финансовых активов с учетом положений Федерального закона "О цифровых финансовых активах, цифровой валюте и о внесении изменений в отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации" от 31.07.2020 № 259-ФЗ. В статье проведен анализ данного Федерального закона, рассмотрено содержание цифровых финансовых активов, проведен сравнительный анализ российского и иностранного законодательства в сфере регулирования криптовалют, а также указаны проблемы правового регулирования в данной сфере.	ru_RU
dc.description.abstract	the article is devoted to the analyzation of legal regulation of digital financial assets on the basis of the provisions of the Federal Law "On digital financial assets, digital currencies and amendments in certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation" from 31.07.2020 № 259-FL. This paper analyzes this Federal Law, considers content of digital financial assets, a comparative analysis of Russian and foreign legislations on the regulations of cryptocurrencies was presented, also troubles of legal regulation in this sphere are identified.	en_US
