dc.description.abstract	The overview and analysis of technical, regulatory and procedural, administrative and business aspects of current situation in the field of downhole sampling in the Russian Federation is presented. The author's viewpoint on the physical and chemical factors of the samples quality is presented, concept and development trends of systematic approach to quality control of downhole sampling are proposed.
