dc.description.abstract |
The main purpose of the work is to study toxicological effect of new pyrimidine derivative, saltlike conjugate of the drug Xymedon with L-ascorbic acid. As a result, it was shown that when intravenous injection of L- ascorbate 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-4,6-dimethyl-1,2-dihydropyrimidine-2-one was performed for 90 days in experimental animals at doses of 10 mg / kg, 30 mg/kg and 50 mg / kg, no significant pathological changes in the general condition of animals were detected, significant physiological and anatomical and histological changes were not observed. According to the results of daily intravenous injections for 3 months, the drug was assigned to the 3rd class of low-toxic drugs. |
