ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ ПОТРЕБНОСТЕЙ ИНОСТРАННЫХ УЧАЩИХСЯ В АДАПТАЦИИ К ОБУЧЕНИЮ В РОССИЙСКИХ ВУЗАХ

Abstract

Статья посвящена выявлению и анализу адаптационных потребностей иностранных учащихся, приступающих к обучению в российских вузах. Адаптация таких студентов осознается как одна из ключевых задач, успешное решение которых способствует повышению конкурентоспособности российского образования на международном рынке. В статье исследуются особенности адаптации иностранных студентов в условиях дистанционного и гибридного обучения, а также обосновывается актуальность разработки адаптационных курсов нового содержания и нового формата. Исследование опирается на количественные (анкетирование) и качественные (полуструктурированное глубинное интервью) методы исследования. На основе полученных данных выявляются и анализируются наиболее острые трудности, с которыми сталкиваются иностранные учащиеся в начале обучения в российских вузах. Выявленные трудности рассматриваются с точки зрения целесообразности их включения в специализированный адаптационный курс для иностранных учащихся российских вузов.

The article is devoted to the identification and analysis of the adaptation needs of foreign students who has started studying at Russian universities. The adaptation of such students is recognized as one of the key tasks the successful solution of which contributes increasing the competitiveness of Russian education in the international market. The article examines the peculiarities of foreign students' adaptation in the conditions of distance and hybrid learning and also substantiates the relevance of the development of new-content and new-format adaptation courses. The research is based on quantitative (questionnaires) and qualitative (semi-structured in-depth interviews) research methods. On the basis of the obtained data, the most acute difficulties faced by foreign students at the beginning of their studies in Russian universities are identified and analyzed. The identified difficulties are considered from the point of view of the feasibility of their inclusion in a specialized adaptation course for foreign students of Russian universities.
