ФЕНОМЕН ДИЛОГА КУЛЬТУР В РАЗВИТИИ МЕТОДИЧЕСКОЙ КУЛЬТУРЫ БУДУЩЕГО ПЕДАГОГА

Abstract

Аннотация. Стратегия модернизации высшего педагогического образования на современном этапе, требования современного общества к уровню сформированности методической культуры выпускника педагогического вуза, предполагающей формирование мировоззрения выпускника, требует рассмотрения образования как механизма развития внутренней культуры учащегося. Исходя из вышесказанного, в настоящей работе представлено теоретическое обоснование и практическое создание определенной логики построения образовательной среды, моделирующей диалогово-культурные контексты, направленной на развитие методической культуры студентов - будущих учителей через создание поликультурного диалога при изучении методических и математических понятий. Цель исследования состоит в следующем: теоретическо обосновать, практически определить и экспериментально создать образовательную диалогово-культурную среду для развития у будущих учителей методической культуры. Методы исследования: а) теоретические: анализ, обобщение, интерпретация научной литературы по проблеме исследования; б) эмпирические: педагогический эксперимент, технология ассессмент-центр. Выводы и рекомендации: В ходе проведенного исследования уточнены и содержательно охарактеризованы структурные компоненты категории "методическая культура" с учетом феномена диалога культур. Выявлена совокупность дидактических условий, средств формирования методической культуры будущего педагога на основе феномена диалога культур. На основе раскрытия феномена диалога культур спроектировано содержание методической диалогово-культурной среды. Представлена модель высокого, среднего, удовлетворительного уровней развития методической культуры будущего педагога.

Nowadays the modernization strategy of the Higher Pedagogical Education and the requirements of modern society to the level of formation of the methodological culture of a Pedagogy bachelor, which involves the formation of the graduate's worldview, require the consideration of education as a mechanism for the development of the student's internal culture. The article presents the theoretical justification and practical creation of certain logic for building an educational environment that models dialogical and cultural contexts, aimed at developing the methodological culture of students-future teachers through the creation of a multicultural dialogue in the study of methodological and mathematical concepts. The research aim is to theoretically substantiate, practically define and experimentally create an educational dialogical and cultural environment for the development of methodological culture in future teachers. The Research Methodology: a) the theoretical methods: analysis, generalization, interpretation of scientific literature on the problem of research; b) the empirical methods: pedagogical experiment, technology assessment center. The Conclusions and Recommendations: In the course of the study, the structural components of the category "methodological culture" were clarified and characterized in a meaningful way, taking into account the phenomenon of the dialogue of cultures. The set of didactic conditions, means of forming the methodological culture of the future teacher on the basis of the phenomenon of the dialogue of cultures is revealed. On the basis of the disclosure of the phenomenon of the dialogue of cultures, the content of the methodological dialogue-cultural environment is designed. The model of high, medium, and satisfactory levels of development of the methodological culture of the future teacher is presented.
