Копинг - это индивидуальный способ взаимодействия с ситуацией согласно ее собственной логике, психологическими возможностями и ее значимостью в человеческой жизни. Проблема психологической защиты и копинг - поведения является одной из самых актуальных в настоящее время. In the conditions of modern socio-cultural reality, participants in the educational process of different ages are experiencing stressful situations of an emotional and informational nature. To teach each of them the ability to cope with complex life situations while maintaining mental health through the study of the specifics of coping behavior is one of the important areas in the education system. Mastering active skills to eliminate the influence of sources of stress on the person increases the readiness to use resources of both personal and environment, personal protection mechanisms are developed against an unfavorable situation, adaptation is increased. Development of a system for participants in the educational process of coping - behavior, as well as methods for the formation of compatible behavior of teachers, schoolchildren and their parents becomes an urgent goal of the educational process
