ГЕНДЕРНЫЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ МЕЖЛИЧНОСТНОЙ КОММУНИКАЦИИ

Abstract

Исследование межличностных коммуникаций началось еще в XVIII веке. На сегодняшний день тема до сих пор является актуальной. От уровня межличностной коммуникации зависит развитие личности: ее социализация, возможность формирования новых компетенций. Результаты изучения коммуникации зависит от среды, от времени, в котором проходит исследование. Благодаря гендерным стереотипам от поколения к поколению передаются гендерные роли. Таким образом, в связи с изменениями в современном мире, которые протекают достаточно быстро, резко меняются факторы, влияющие на отношения между людьми, и формы общения. Это доказывает важность и актуальность данной темы в наши дни. Отдельную роль в развитии коммуникаций играют гендерные различия. Проблема исследования - как гендерные особенности влияют на межличностные коммуникации в современном мире. Для решения данной проблемы было проведено исследование, которое доказало взаимосвязь различия межличностных отношений от гендерной роли субъектов. Доказано, что гендерные различия проявляются в социальном поведении, в том числе, это проявляется в коммуникации. В статье описаны различия у мужчин и женщин в общении и как они влияют на их взаимосвязь. Целью исследования является показать формы однополого и межгендерного общения и различия между ними. Автором была достигнута цель - в процессе исследования были выявлены формы общения между женщинами, между мужчинами и межполовые коммуникации. Также представлены различия межгендерного общения. Участниками исследования стали студенты образовательное учреждение среднего профессионального образования 16-17 лет.

Personal development depends on the level of interpersonal communication: its socialization, the possibility of forming new competencies. The results of the study of communication depend on the environment, on the time in which the study takes place. Gender roles are transmitted from generation to generation thanks to gender stereotypes. Thus, in connection with the changes in the modern world, which are proceeding quickly enough, the factors influencing relations between people and the forms of communication are changing dramatically. This proves the importance and relevance of this topic today. Gender differences play a separate role in the development of communications. Research problem - how gender characteristics affect interpersonal communication in the modern world. To solve this problem, a study was carried out, which proved the relationship between the differences in interpersonal relations and the gender role of subjects. It has been proven that gender differences are manifested in social behavior, including this manifested in communication. The article describes the differences between men and women in communication and how they affect their relationship. The aim of the study is to show the forms of same-sex and inter-gender communication and the differences between them. The author achieved the goal - in the course of the study, the forms of communication between women, between men and inter-sex communication were identified. Differences in intergender communication are also presented. The research participants were students of an educational institution of secondary vocational education aged 16-17.
