ПРОЯВЛЕНИЯ СУБЪЕКТНОСТИ В СИТУАЦИЯХ С РАЗНОЙ СТЕПЕНЬЮ АВТОНОМНОСТИ СУБЪЕКТА ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ

Abstract

В статье рассматривается вопрос проявлений субъектности во внешне и внутренне мотивированных ситуациях в соответствии с основными положениями теории самодетерминации Э. Деси и Р. Райана. Представлены взгляды ученых на феномен полимотивации и на проблему целесообразности деления деятельности по виду мотивации. Проведено исследование с целью определения особенностей проявлений субъектности в ситуациях с разной степенью автономности субъекта деятельности. Респонденты (n=115) в форме свободного эссе описывали противоположные по виду мотивации ситуации. Данные обрабатывались методами контент-анализа и частотного анализа текста. Были обнаружены проявления субъектности, различающие ситуации внешней и внутренней мотивации: эмоциональные, интеллектуально-эмоциональные, психофизиологические проявления психических состояний и волевые усилия, процессуальные и результативные параметры деятельности (ценность ситуации, фактор времени в ситуации, оптимальность состояния по отношению к деятельности, раскрытие творческого потенциала автора, внутренняя или внешняя атрибуция успеха или неудачи, влияние ситуации на отношения с другими людьми, запоминание или забывание материала, полученного в ситуации, влияние ситуации на идентичность и/или самооценку автора, применение приобретенного опыта в дальнейшем).

The present article deals with the issue of manifestations of subjectivity in externally and internally motivated situations in accordance with the main provisions of Self-Determination Theory by E. Desi and R. Ryan. The views of scientists on the phenomenon of polymotivation and on the problem of the expediency of dividing activities by the type of motivation are presented. The goal of the empirical research was to determine the features of the manifestations of subjectivity in situations of autonomy and non-autonomy. Participants (n = 115) in the form of a free essay described situations of extrinsic and internal motivation at university. The data was processed by methods of content analysis and frequency analysis of the text. Manifestations of subjectivity were found that distinguish between situations of external and internal motivation: emotional, intellectual-emotional, psychophysiological manifestations of mental states and volitional efforts, procedural and effective parameters of activity (the value of the situation, the time factor in the situation, the optimality of the state in relation to the activity, the disclosure of the creative potential of the author, internal or external attribution of success or failure, the impact of the situation on relationships with other people, memorizing or forgetting the material obtained in the situation, the impact of the situation on the identity and/or self-esteem of the author, the application of the acquired experience in the future).
