ОСОБЕННОСТИ ВОСПИТАТЕЛЬНОЙ РАБОТЫ КАФЕДРЫ ВЫСШЕЙ МАТЕМАТИКИ И ИНФОРМАТИКИ В ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЙ ПОДГОТОВКЕ БАКАЛАВРОВ ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ

Abstract

Подрастающее поколение является сегодня носителем новых идей, взглядов, вынуждает социум приспосабливаться к ним. Не случайно, вопросы молодежной политики находятся в центре внимания городских, областных и федеральных органов власти и с 1 сентября 2020 года вступил в силу закон, инициированный Президентом РФ Владимиром Путиным, о воспитательной составляющей образования. Эффективность воспитательной работы напрямую связана с возможностью создания условий для саморазвития, формирования интеллектуального и творческого потенциала личности, совершенствования способностей всех обучающихся. В современной системе высшего образования возрастает роль преподавателя-предметника как организатора учебно-воспитательного процесса, но в среде преподавателей вузов сегодня нет единого отношения к этому вопросу. И здесь традиции и инновации кафедр и факультетов могут поспособствовать как развитию интересов и возможностей, так и раскрытию личности и внутреннего мира обучающихся. При анализе трудностей воспитания в вузе следует акцентировать внимание на следующих аспектах: стихийный характер воспитательной работы, утрата целевых ориентиров, неактуальное содержание мероприятий, низкая мотивация обучающихся, устаревшие формы взаимодействия. Таким образом, проблема исследования заключается в поиске подходов к организации системной воспитательной работы кафедры высшей математики и информатики с будущими бакалаврами педагогического образования, которая осуществляла бы формирование их профессиональных компетенций. Цель исследования - выявить особенности организации системы воспитательной работы кафедры высшей математики и информатики в подготовке учителя нового поколения.

The younger generation is now the bearer of new ideas, views, and forces society to adapt to them. It is no coincidence that the issues of youth policy are in the focus of attention of city, regional and federal authorities, and since September 1, 2020, the law on the educational component of education, initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin, has entered into force. The effectiveness of socially educational work is directly related to the possibility of creating conditions for self-development, the formation of the intellectual and creative potential of the individual, and the improvement of the abilities of all students. The role of the subject teacher as an organizer of the educational process is increasing in the modern system of higher education, but among university teachers today there is no single attitude to this issue. The traditions and innovations of departments and faculties can contribute to both the development of interests and opportunities, as well as to the disclosure of the personality and inner world of students. Attention should be focused on the following aspects when analyzing the difficulties of education at the university: the spontaneous nature of socially educational work, the loss of goals, the irrelevant content of events, low motivation of students, outdated forms of interaction. Thus, the problem of the research is to find approaches to the organization of systematic socially educational work of the Department of Higher Mathematics and Computer Science with future bachelors of pedagogical education, which building of their professional competencies. Purpose of the study - to identify the features of the organization of the system of socially educational work by the Department of Higher Mathematics and Computer Science in the training of a new generation of teachers.
