ВСЕРОССИЙСКОЕ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ ДОМАШНЕЙ УЧЕБНОЙ РАБОТЫ ШКОЛЬНИКОВ В УСЛОВИЯХ ЭКСТРЕМАЛЬНЫХ ПЕРЕМЕН

Abstract

Проблема исследования. Проблема домашней учебной работы школьников является одной из самых неразработанных в современной дидактике. Последние фундаментальные научные исследования были проведены в 50-70-ые годы ХХ века и связаны с именами Н. М. Скаткина, Н. Н. Поспелова, В. А. Сухомлинского. В то время были заложены теоретические основы домашней учебной работы, реализуемые в практике школьного обучения до сих пор. Однако тенденции стремительно меняющегося современного мира не могли не повлиять на образовательный процесс, который существенно изменился в последние десятилетия. При этом практика организации домашней работы осталась прежней, что является не только серьезной дидактической, но и общественно значимой проблемой, затрагивающей интересы всех участников образовательного процесса и непосредственно влияющей на качество получаемого школьниками образования и возможность его продолжения в течение всей жизни. Определить магистральные направления изменения этой формы самостоятельной деятельности школьников возможно только на основе всероссийского широкомасштабного комплексного исследования существующей практики организации домашней учебной работы, учитывающего опыт выполнения домашних заданий в условиях дистанционного обучения. Исходя из вышеизложенного, целью исследования является проведение всероссийского исследования домашней учебной работы школьников в Российской Федерации, популяризация его результатов в научно-педагогическом сообществе и определение направлений обновления подходов к проектированию домашней учебной работы в современной школе. В статье представлены результаты исследования, проведенного на базе ФГБНУ "Институт стратегии развития образования РАО" в марте-мае 2020 года.

Schoolchildren's homework is one of the least studied issues in modern didactics. The last fundamental scientific research in the area was conducted as far back as in the 50s - 70s of the 20th century. It was the time that laid down theoretical foundations for homework which are still being implemented in school education practice. However, the trends of the rapidly changing modern world could not but influence the educational process, which has significantly changed over the last few decades. Nevertheless, the way homework is organized in practice has remained unchanged presenting not only a serious didactic, but also a socially important issue that affects the interests of all educational process participants and has a direct impact on the quality of education received by schoolchildren and the possibility of continuation thereof throughout their lives. It is surely high time to improve the way homework is organized in general education organizations. The principal venues for changing this form of schoolchildren's independent activity can only be determined through an all-Russia large-scale comprehensive study of the existing practice prevailing in the homework process organization taking into account the experience of doing homework in the distance learning context. In view of the foregoing, the purpose of the research is to conduct a national study of schoolchildren's homework in the Russian Federation, promote the results thereof within the scientific and pedagogical community and identify the venues for updating the approaches to designing homework in modern schools. The article presents the results of the study conducted under the aegis of the Federal State-Funded Scientific Institution "Education Development Strategy Institute of the Russian Academy of Education" from March to May 2020.
