ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ РАЗВИТИЯ У СТУДЕНТОВ ГОТОВНОСТИ К РЕФЛЕКСИВНОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ В ХОДЕ ОБУЧЕНИЯ В ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКОЙ МАГИСТРАТУРЕ

Abstract

Сегодня насущной стала проблема совершенствования системы подготовки студенческой молодежи к умению самостоятельно и творчески овладевать научными знаниями в различных областях, включая и образовательную сферу. Реализация этой задачи зависит от деятельности педагогических кадров любого уровня, в частности, такого звена высшей школы, как педагогическая магистратура, система которой в современных условиях наполняется качественно новым содержанием. В этой связи, актуальность избранной темы, касающейся развития у студентов готовности к рефлексивной деятельности, определяется ее социальной и педагогической значимостью и, в то же время, недостаточной изученностью ее в теоретическом и практическом плане. Это позволило выявить проблему, связанную с исследованием возможностей развития у студентов готовности к рефлексивной деятельности в ходе обучения в педагогической магистратуре, что предполагает, в свою очередь, определение путей развития у студентов и исследовательских умений в процессе обучения. Исходя из этого, ставится вопрос о качественной работе всех звеньев высшей школы, связанной с непосредственной передачей студентам знаний, умений и навыков в рамках в рамках включения их в исследовательскую деятельность, а также организации, в связи с этим, собственной рефлексивной деятельности. На основании вышеуказанного целью исследования является: выявление возможностей повышения эффективности развития у студентов педагогической магистратуры готовности к рефлексивной деятельности. Одним из важнейших факторов, определяющих педагогический потенциал педагогической магистратуры, является развитие у студентов готовности к рефлексивной деятельности. Навыки рефлексии являются системообразующей составляющей методологической культуры, предполагающей постоянный анализ процесса и результатов своей научно-исследовательской работы. Результаты способствуют выявлению влияния образовательного пространства педагогической магистратуры на качественную организацию самостоятельной работы студентов на основе использования интерактивных форм обучения. Результаты исследования также дают возможность оценить обеспечение системности и преемственности теории и практики, практикуемых в педагогической магистратуре, а также уровень научной активности студентов с учетом их рефлексивной деятельности. Исходя из этого, результаты исследования могут быть использованы при разработке образовательных программ для преподавателей и студентов педагогической магистратуры.

Today, the problem of improving the system of training students for the ability to independently and creatively master scientific knowledge in various fields, including the educational sphere, has become urgent. The implementation of this task depends on the activities of pedagogical personnel of any level, in particular, such a link in higher education as a pedagogical magistracy, the system of which in modern conditions is filled with a qualitatively new content. In this regard, the relevance of the chosen topic, concerning the development of students' readiness for reflexive activity, is determined by its social and pedagogical significance and, at the same time, its insufficient study in theoretical and practical terms. This made it possible to identify the problem associated with the study of the development possibilities of students' readiness for reflexive activity during training in a pedagogical magistracy, which, in turn, involves the determination of the development paths of students and research skills in the learning process. Based on this, the question is raised about the quality work of all levels of higher education, associated with the direct transfer of knowledge, skills and abilities to students within the framework of their inclusion in research activities, as well as the organization, in this regard, of their own reflexive activities. So the research aim is to explore the possibilities of increasing the effectiveness of the development of readiness for reflexive activity among students of a pedagogical master's degree. The study made it possible to obtain information about the important role of the pedagogical magistracy, in the depths of which the transformation of the academic level is carried out, when competition develops at each stage of university education in the course of interuniversity interaction of all subjects of the educational process. One of the most important factors that determine the pedagogical potential of a pedagogical master's degree is the development of students' readiness for reflexive activity. Reflection skills are the backbone component of methodological culture, which presupposes a constant analysis of the process and results of their research work. The results help to identify the influence of the educational space of the pedagogical magistracy on the qualitative organization of students' independent work based on the use of interactive forms of teaching. The results of the study also make it possible to assess the provision of consistency and continuity of theory and practice practiced in the pedagogical magistracy, as well as the level of scientific activity of students, taking into account their reflexive activities. Based on this, the research results can be used in the development of educational programs for teachers and students of the pedagogical magistracy.
