Abstract

в данной статье выявлены проблемы несоответствия текста Конституции РФ с практикой в сфере экологии, где одной из проблем является незаконная добыча золота в Республике Коми. Золотодобыватели уже много лет пытаются откопать природные ископаемые в национальном парке "Югыд ва", и сейчас Минприроды хочет разрешить добычу золота. В работе хочется привлечь внимание к экологическим проблемам современности и призвать людей бороться с ними.

this article reveals the problems of inconsistency of the text of the Constitution of the Russian Federation with the practice in the field of ecology, where one of the problems is illegal gold mining in the Komi Republic. Gold miners have been trying to dig up natural resources in the national Park "Yugyd VA" for many years, and now the Ministry of natural resources wants to allow gold mining. In the work I want to draw attention to the environmental problems of our time and encourage people to fight them.
