ВЛИЯНИЕ ДЕТСКО-РОДИТЕЛЬСКИХ ОТНОШЕНИЙ НА ЭМОЦИОНАЛЬНЫЙ ФОН ЮНЫХ ГИМНАСТОК

Abstract

Статья посвящена изучению детско-родительских отношений, как фактора влияющего на формирование эмоционального фона юных гимнасток и как следствие на их успешность в художественной гимнастике. Полученные результаты показывают, что деструктивный характер родительского воспитания увеличивает уровень тревожности и снижает эффективность соревновательной деятельности у юных спортсменок младшего школьного возраста. В связи с этим возникает необходимость психологического консультирования детей и родителей в процессе сопровождения спортивной деятельности с целью обеспечения оптимальной зоны психологической поддержки юных гимнасток.

The article is devoted to the study of child-parent relations as a factor influencing the formation of the emotional background of young gymnasts and, as a result, their success in rhythmic gymnastics. The results show that the destructive nature of parental education increases the level of anxiety and reduces the effectiveness of competitive activities in young athletes of primary school age. In this regard, there is a need for psychological counseling of children and parents in the process of accompanying sports activities in order to provide an optimal zone of psychological support for young gymnasts.
