КРИТЕРИИ И УРОВНИ СОЦИАЛЬНОЙ АДАПТАЦИИ ПЕРВОКУРСНИКОВ К ПОЛИКУЛЬТУРНОЙ СРЕДЕ ВУЗА ВО ВНЕАУДИТОРНОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ

Abstract

Актуальность исследования данной проблемы заключается в том, что современный вуз - поликультурная среда взаимодействия участников образовательного процесса. Особенно остро вопросы адаптации личности начинают проявляться в процессе ее поступления в вуз (изменение статуса школьника на статус студента, изменение условий среды, обучения и окружения). В связи с этим, данная работа направлена на выявление критериев и уровней социальной адаптации первокурсников Института психологии и образования Казанского (Приволжского) Федерального университета к поликультурной среде вуза во внеаудиторной деятельности. Основным методом в исследовании проблемы выступил метод опроса, поскольку изучение социальных процессов или явлений недоступны непосредственному наблюдению.

The relevance of the study of this problem lies in the fact that a modern university is a multicultural environment for the interaction of participants in the educational process. The issues of personality adaptation begin to manifest themselves especially sharply in the process of entering a university (changing the status of a student to that of a student, changing conditions of the environment, learning and environment). In this regard, this work is aimed at identifying the criteria and levels of social adaptation of freshmen of the Institute of Psychology and Education of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University to the multicultural environment of the university in extracurricular activities. The main method in the study of the problem was the survey method, since the study of social processes or phenomena is inaccessible to direct observation.
