dc.description.abstract | © 2020 Pushpa Publishing House, Prayagraj, India. Features of the process of heterogeneous heat exchange in liquid emulsions with a low-boiling dispersed phase are considered. Phase transformations localized in the volume of droplets increase the potential for heat removal from the heating surface compared to a homogeneous liquid. It is shown that in this case the vapor-liquid dispersed phase actively interacts with the continuous medium. The interaction significantly affects the hydrodynamic characteristics, modes, and structural forms of the multiphase flow. In turn, the reverse effect of the flow is expressed in the intensification of the formation of vapor-liquid aggregates, as well as in the control of their size due to coalescence and breakage. As a result, this determines the structure of a complex multi-factor relationship of thermophysical and hydrodynamic phenomena in non-isothermal multiphase flows. | |
