Theoretical and methodological pillars of sustainable economic development

The present stage of development of world economy is characterized by dynamism of the development, increase in rates of economic body height, globalization that on the one hand, provides opportunities to satisfy the increasing requirements of the increasing number of the population. On the other hand, all this involves indeterminacy and instability of development, acting as a destabilizing factor, significantly complicates management of national economies. Therefore, a problem of transition of national economy to model of sustainable development, attracting keen interest in it of both domestic and foreign scientists. Also, the logical and comparative analysis techniques were used. It was substantiated basic concept and algorithm of formation underlying assumptions of sustainable development of the system “state – region – enterprise”. As part of a study has been shown that all levels of the system “state – region – enterprise” are connected to each other with sustainable linkages. The property of communication and bundles of inherent in system “state – region – enterprise” create frames theoretical and methodological pillars. As a result of thinking the essence of system resource, were defined: the macro-level, the meso-level and the micro-level. For approaches the general scientific methodological principles in notion of sustainable development classified as systemic, development and determinism. For private scientific methodological principles classified as: support the condition for sustainable development; focus on the defining vectors of sustainable development; interrelated formation of sustainable development indicators; to provide a balance of the economy at the horizontally and vertically segregation.
