dc.description.abstract © 2020 IEEE. A method for monitoring the state of insulation of a transformer by its dielectric characteristic is proposed. Experimental studies have shown the operability of the device, and the pilot - industrial operation has confirmed its effectiveness. The introduction of the device in a number of electric networks has ensured an economic effect on one transformer worth 300,000 rubles by eliminating the failure.
