dc.description.abstract | © 2020 IEEE. The article provides a method for developing a statistical criterion that satisfies given restrictions on the average proportion of wrong decisions, similar to the concept of pFDR in multiple testing. The statistical criterion uses programming capabilities in the R environment. The advantages of this method are shown in comparison with the Benjamini-Hochberg procedure. | |
