dc.description.abstract | © 2020 by Advance Scientific Research. This is an open-access article under the CC BY license (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) Today, the production potential of the state is positioned as a key condition for the economic development of society. The qualification level of employees who occupy any position, from cashier to federal official, affects not only the efficiency of work, but also the speed of progress in the economy and, finally, the overall competitiveness of our country in the context of international market relations. The primary factors that determine the level of competitiveness of the state economy, of course, include the quality of training of new personnel, which is directly related to the degree of co-integration of the relevant sphere of public life (one of the four basic, along with political, social and spiritual) with the educational sector. From the point of view of the vast majority of national authors, in modern Russia there are serious problems with the training of highly skilled workers and leaders have to “lead” their employees to the required professional level through special courses and programs within the organization. Effective solution of the resulting tasks contributes to the promotion of employees on the official (“career”) ladder. This “evolution” can be described as a gradual, positive dynamic promotion of specialists in the field of industrial, scientific, creative or any other constructive activity from the basic qualification level to the highest one that is, in other words, as the career development of a particular individual, taking into account his mental, psychological, professional and other resources. | |
