КОНСТИТУЦИОННЫЙ СУД ОБ ИСПОЛНЕНИИ РЕШЕНИЙ ЕСПЧ

Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается подход Конституционного Суда к вопросу об исполнении решений ЕСПЧ Российской Федерацией. Автор, проанализировав международные обязательства РФ, ратифицированные международные договоры, а также постановления Конституционного Суда РФ, приходит к выводу о том, что Конституционный Суд готов к исполнению постановлений Европейского Суда по правам человека.

This article discusses the approach of the Constitutional Court to the issue of the enforcement of judgments of the ECHR by the Russian Federation. Having analyzed the international obligations of the Russian Federation, ratified international treaties, as well as the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the author concludes that the Constitutional Court is ready to execute the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights.
