Развитие творческой личности в учреждениях дополнительного образования

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются индивидуально-личностные мотивы, побуждающие к творческой деятельности подрастающее поколение. Целью статьи выступает рассмотрение взаимосвязи творческого и нравственного воспитания подростков в системе дополнительного образования. Специфика образовательного процесса в дополнительном образовании заключается в высоком воспитывающем эффекте педагогической деятельности за счет удовлетворения духовной и эстетической потребности детей, раскрытием индивидуальных творческих способностей и встречей с миром искусства, новым образным способом познания мира.

The article considers the issue of insufficient number of institutions of additional education for children and youth. The question is raised about their increase from the connection with the need for creative development and moral education. Individual and personal motives that motivate the creative activity of the younger generation are investigated. The aim of the article is to consider the relationship of creative and moral education of adolescents in the activities of additional education. The specificity of the educational process in additional education is a high educational effect of pedagogical activity due to the satisfaction of the spiritual and aesthetic needs of children in meeting with the new in the world and in themselves.
