ПОДГОТОВКА ПЕДАГОГОВ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОГО ОБУЧЕНИЯ В ПРОЕКТНО-ОРИЕНТИРОВАННОМ ФОРМАТЕ

Abstract

Актуальность заключается в необходимости преобразования контента производственно-технологической подготовки педагогов профессионального обучения в проектно-ориентированный формат. Трудности в таком формате подготовки педагогов состоят в том, что существующие методики раскрывают не все аспекты удовлетворения требований ФГОС к результатам. В статье предложен эффективный алгоритм организации познавательной деятельности студентов на основе реализации технологии современного проектного обучения в оригинальной интерпретации. Цель: Обобщить результаты использования процессного подхода в разработке универсального алгоритма организации познавательной деятельности обучающихся на основе реализации технологии современного проектного обучения. Предложенный автором материал может быть применен на дисциплинах всего учебного плана подготовки педагогов профессионального обучения.

The urgency lies in the need to transform the content of productional and technological training of teachers of vocational education in a project-oriented format. Difficulties in this format of teachers' training are the following: the existing methodologies reveal not all aspects of meeting the requirements of the FSES to the results. The article proposes an effective algorithm for the organization of students' cognitive activity based on the implementation of the technology of modern project training in the original interpretation. Aim: to summarize the results of using the process approach in the development of a universal algorithm for the organization of students' cognitive activity based on the implementation of modern project training technology. The material proposed by the author makes it possible to present the work of students on a project in the form of an algorithm that can be applied by higher school teachers in the disciplines of the entire curriculum for the training of vocational teachers.
