ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКОЙ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТИ У СТУДЕНТОВ ПРАВОСЛАВНОЙ ДУХОВНОЙ СЕМИНАРИИ

Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема формирования педагогической компетентности священника в процессе обучения в православной духовной семинарии. Актуальность исследования обусловлена активизацией участия Церкви в образовательном пространстве общеобразовательной школы и в духовном воспитании детей и молодежи. Цель настоящей работы - определить составляющие педагогической компетентности православного священника и особенности ее формирования в процессе обучения.

The article deals with the pedagogical competence of a priest and its formation in the course of training in an Orthodox theological Seminary. The relevance of the research is due to the increased participation of the Church in the educational space of secondary schools and in the spiritual education of children and youth. The purpose of this work is to determine the components of the pedagogical competence of an Orthodox priest and the features of its formation in the learning process.
