dc.description.abstract |
Corporate governance is concerned with holding the balance between economic and social goals and between individual and communal goals. The corporate governance framework is there to encourage the efficient use of resources and equally to require accountability for the stewardship of those resources. This article outlines the relationship between corporate governance and corporate social responsibility (CSR). The issue of climate change is one of the most challenging. This problem can be solved by using alternative resources and creating innovative products. Also creating business strategies for sustainability and promoting positive social and envi-ronmental impacts are the vital for human beings and environment around the world. It covers the assumptions that underlie theories of corporate governance. All these initiatives can improve situa-tion regarding environmental issues and public trust can be improved as well. |
