СОЦИАЛЬНЫЙ КОНТЕКСТ ПРОБЛЕМАТИКИ ИСКУССТВЕННОГО ИНТЕЛЛЕКТА

Abstract

Создание и развитие искусственного интеллекта подчинено логике формирования технологических укладов, находится на стадии его технологизации и раннего внедрения. Помимо технологического основания массовое внедрение искусственного интеллекта обусловлено социальным запросом на решение проблемы социальной сложности в ситуации информационного общества "пост". Контекстом решения проблем социальных последствий использования искусственного интеллекта является формирование социального субъекта на базе платформ, обеспечивающих функционирование искусственного интеллекта. В анализе формирования этого субъекта должны быть учтены изменения в структуре социального действия, социального взаимодействия и развитие виртуальной социальности. Приведена типология взамоотнесения естественной и виртуальной социальностей в контексте внедрения искусственного интеллекта в общество. Без учёта последнего обстоятельства невозможна корректная постановка проблемы "общество - искусственный интеллект". Положения статьи проиллюстрированы примерами из правовой практики, которая требует учёта двух стадий применения искусственного интеллекта - его разработки и производства и потребления.

The context of solving the problems of the social consequences of the use of artificial intelligence is the formation of a social subject on the basis of platforms that ensure the functioning of artificial intelligence. In the analysis of the formation of this subject, changes in the structure of social action, social interaction and the development of virtual sociality should be taken into account. A typology of the correlation of natural and virtual socialities in the context of introducing artificial intelligence into society is given. Without taking into account the last circumstance, it is impossible to correctly pose the problem "society - artificial intelligence". The provisions of the article are illustrated by examples from legal practice, which requires taking into account two stages of the use of artificial intelligence - its development and production and consumption.
