dc.description.abstract |
This paper focuses on the need and implications of multicultural education in the context of preparing and grooming of future teachers. The importance of teachers' perceptions of multicultural education in a multilingual classroom need for multicultural pedagogy and curriculum are elaborated in this paper. The finding indicates that a balanced and liberal approach of a teacher towards various cultures and languages inside and outside the classroom is very important for the growth and development of a multicultural society. |
