ОСОБЕННОСТИ САМОРЕГУЛЯЦИИ ПСИХИЧЕСКИХ СОСТОЯНИЙ СТУДЕНТОВ В УСЛОВИЯХ ЭКЗАМЕНА

Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию особенностей саморегуляции состояний в группах студентов с высоким и низким уровнями развития регуляторных способностей в условиях экзамена. Установлена специфика переживания психических состояний, а также различия в составе регуляторных свойств личности в этих группах. Различий в используе- мых методах саморегуляции состояний не обнаружено.

The article is devoted to the study of the features of self-regulation of states in groups of students with high and low levels of development of regulatory abilities in the conditions of the exam. The specifics of the experience of mental states, as well as differences in the composi- tion of the regulatory personality traits in groups of students with high and low levels of self- regulation of states are established. No differences were found in the methods used for self- regulation of states.
