In this paper investigated the emission of heavy metals from a potential sorption material obtained by pyrolysis from wood waste and treated with "dry" ashing. The use of such a sorption material after ashing involves the purification of waste water from pollutants. The content of heavy metal ions in aqueous extraction and extraction with acetate-ammonium buffer of solid pyrolysis products was determined by the method of atomic emission spectrometry. By mass concentration in order of decreasing its value, heavy metal ions in the water extract are arranged in the following series:Si, Sr, V, Mn, Zn, Mo, Ba, Sb, Cu. In the acetate-ammonium extract, heavy metals are arranged in the following series in order of decreasing value: Si, Mn, Zn, Al, Sr, Cr, B, V, Fe, Ba, Ni, Mo, Se, Pb, Sb. The obtained results show that the aqueous extract of the solid pyrolysis product of wood waste after treatment with "dry" ashing does not exceed the normative indices for sewage by the content of heavy metals. It has been established that the solid pyrolysis product, after treatment with ashing, does not pollute the wastewater, which justifies the possibility of using from environmental positions with limiting the discharge of wash water directly into open reservoirs. |
