This paper is devoted to taking into account the influence of uncertainty on the solution of the direct modeling problem in the kinetic parameters of polymerization processes. The kinetic parameters of polymerization processes are presented as objects of interval analysis. The authors proposed a computational algorithm for obtaining interval estimates of direct modeling of polymerization processes, based on an asymptotically two-sided method for solving the Cauchy problem. The application of the developed algorithm is shown on the example of the polymerization process for the production of butadiene rubber. Two-sided estimates of the solutions of differential equations are constructed, which include interval parameters. A software package has been developed, implemented in the Embarcadero Delphi environment, which allows solving the problem of direct modeling of polymerization processes under conditions of uncertainty of kinetic data.
