Management concept of all types of products generated in the production is proposed on the basis of detailed planning of their life cycles during preproduction of a new commercial product. A technique has been developed that allows, at the stage of preparing the production of a new product, to calculate adequately the generation volumes of all wastes in each technological operation. The systematization of wastes types is given. A set of works on the design of wastes life cycle was defined. Documents circulation has been developed. An example of calculation is given. |
