dc.description.abstract | © 2019, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature. Dermatitis herpetiformis (Duhring’s disease) is an inflammatory skin disease associated with celiac enteropathy and characterized by polymorphic pruritic eruptions, chronic recurrent course, and granular deposition of IgA in the papillae of the dermis. The defeat of the oral mucosa with dermatitis occurs infrequently, in 9.6–10% of patients. The article describes the clinical case of a patient with a diagnosis of dermatitis herpetiformis, manifestations in the oral cavity (ICD-10 code - L13.0Х). A diagram of the basic differential diagnostic measures carried out by a dentist and criteria for monitoring the examinee’s condition during a follow-up of a patient are presented as well. | |
